Job Description
Ø Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Ø Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Ø Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Ø Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Ø Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Ø Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Ø Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes.
Ø Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers.
Ø Analysing competitors’ products to determine market success.
Ø Any other functions as assigned based on work demand.
