Job Description
Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of performance management concepts, theories, practices, and tools.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, appraisals, and evaluations.
- Analyze and develop innovative solutions considering employee needs.
- Analyze performance data, track progress, and identify trends.
- Develop training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify training needs through evaluations and consultations.
- Organize training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and make improvements.
- Stay updated on new training trends to enhance employee skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Hands-on experience in L&D and PMS.
- Experience with HR and MS Office.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
