Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather, document, and analyze their business requirements.
• Utilize your audit experience to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial processes during software implementations.
• Assist in the configuration and customization of ERP systems to meet client needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users during and after implementation.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and project documentation.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure the solution aligns with client requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
• Support clients post-implementation with troubleshooting and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience or background in auditing is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of business processes and experience in business analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or business software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
