Job Description
Location: Konnect BPO Technologies- Dehiwala
Shift: Night (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM)
We are looking for a Night Shift Manager to lead our tele-sales team and achieve sales targets.
If you have a background in sales and team management, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the tele-sales team during night shifts
- Monitor performance and meet sales goals
- Resolve issues and maintain team morale
- Report daily performance to management
What We Expect:
- Experience in sales management or similar role
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Previous experience in tele-sales preferred
