Job Description
Position Overview
As the Trainee Ground Safety Officer, you will play a critical role in enhancing safety measures across all ground operations. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and promoting safety awareness among ground personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and guidelines.
- Meet safety training demands and conduct regular safety audits.
- Identify safety hazards and collaborate with departments for compliance.
- Investigate incidents, maintain safety records, and participate in emergency response.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Aviation Safety Management System.
- Diploma in Aviation or related field.
- Prior experience in aviation safety preferred.
- Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a multicultural team.
