Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, including management and clients
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA
- Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations
- Facilitate project meetings, including status updates, planning, and retrospectives
- Manage and motivate project team members
- Continuously monitor project progress and adjust as necessary
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced project managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in successful project delivery
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus
