Key Responsibilities:
- Lead insight-driven shopper marketing strategies.
- Translate insights into actionable initiatives for category growth.
- Achieve volume and value targets through effective planning.
- Monitor and manage category investments for ROI maximization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Statistics, or relevant qualification.
- 4-5 years of experience in category planning.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management and exposure to sales/marketing.
