- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1-3 years of talent acquisition experience.
- Strong recruitment process knowledge.
- Proficiency in job boards, social media, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage recruitment.
- Build a talent pipeline and enhance recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Working hours: 1 PM to 10 PM (Apr to Aug), 2 PM to 11 PM (Oct to Mar). Transportation provided within 20KM radius.
