This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Lanka Shipping & Logistics (Pvt) Ltd. The key responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience handling all functions relating to the Employee life cycle.
• 4-5 years of experience in HR.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
• CQHRM or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
