Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Lanka Shipping & Logistics (Pvt) Ltd. The key responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience handling all functions relating to the Employee life cycle.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- CQHRM or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
