We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our team and drive customer onboarding, troubleshoot, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries
  • Assist customers with app onboarding
  • Setup customer menus in the system
  • Respond promptly to customer support requests
  • Collaborate with the team to provide necessary support
