Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output of two clusters (3 Factories each)
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
• Review current standards and policies
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
• Monitor all operations that affect quality
• Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians, and other staff
• Design, implement, and improve company quality standards
• Analyze data to find areas for growth
• Formulate strategies to increase productivity

Expected Qualifications:

• Managerial level experience in quality assurance and lean six sigma implementation
• Degree in science stream (Agriculture, Bio Technology, Food Science, or related)
• MSc in relevant field is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge and experience in QMS, EMS, GMP, ISO, and related disciplines
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent command in English and negotiation skills for international clients
• Well-versed in all aspects of quality management
• Knowledge in Sustainability is an added advantage
