Job Description
This Job will be based out in Colombo, Sri Lanka
1. Purpose of the job
The candidate should bring new customers and manage existing customers. Involved in sales, business development, Collections, and line trial.
2. Key responsibilities
Responsible for increasing Marine & Protective Coating Market share, revenue & profit targets. Managing B2B & Distributors accounts. Handling collections, technical recommendations, trials, and complaints. Conducting training programs. Ensuring compliance with HSE Standards.
3. Level of autonomy
The position must seek guidance from the Manager for Pricing and commercial terms.
4. Job Requirements
Graduation in Mechanical/Chemical/Naval and Marine Engineering. 2-3 years B2B sales experience. Knowledge in Marine Coatings/Industrial Paint/Adhesives/Lubricants. Good communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and willing to travel.
