Job Description
Responsibilities of the position:
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors.
- Generate leads through various channels.
- Develop client acquisition strategies and maintain relationships.
- Create tailored proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with the operations team for contract implementation.
- Attend industry events to stay updated on trends.
- Monitor marketing and business development effectiveness.
- Execute marketing campaigns through digital channels.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of marketing, business development, or sales experience, preferably in logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiations.
- Knowledge of logistics and 3PL industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
