Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated candidate to join our Test Engineering Department, with a focus on Test Fixture Fabrication. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical and electronic skills, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop test adaptors for In-Circuit and Functional Test systems
• Implement stand-alone test systems, including mechanical fabrication, wiring, and integration
• Collaborate with the tool shop for mechanical tasks related to test fixture and system development
• Perform calibration of power supplies and other test equipment
• Coordinate with engineering teams at other Variosystems sites

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 5 in Electronics or equivalent
• Strong knowledge in electronics and mechanical systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Prior experience in mechanical fabrication is an advantage
