Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate existing products and lead new product development.
- Research market trends and analyze competitor strategies.
- Expand dealer network, focusing on Electrical and Hardware sectors.
- Analyze sales metrics, import/export data, and supplier performance.
- Build relationships with foreign suppliers and buyers.
- Collaborate with cluster heads on business development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing.
