Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to drive change at MAS, deploying & sustaining Lean concepts to enhance productivity & quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Linea Aqua policy deployment alignment with MAS corporate policy
- Implement action plans for lean strategy
- Facilitate lean training for a culture shift
- Develop teams and self to meet business goals
- Liaise with trainers for sessions
- Plan & monitor training
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree preferred (Engineering, Business Admin, Science or Math)
- 3 years industry experience
- Personal characteristics: Motivator, Communicator, Leader, Negotiator, Listener
