A leading FMCG company seeks a dynamic, experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join its accomplished team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the product range and achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in the products market.
• Develop and maintain brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to maximize brand exposure and drive sales.
• Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand, marketing, or product management, focusing on consumer-packaged goods.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG products market and successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify insights and growth opportunities.
• Experience leading and developing a team of marketing professionals is preferred.
