Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
- Develop and implement ICT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure data security and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate ICT system performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Plan and manage the ICT budget for cost-effective solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience with 5 years in managerial role.
