Job Description
Platinum Advisors, a boutique investment bank, seeks Analyst/Associate to join our team. You will be involved in the full transaction process, from pitch to deal closure, gaining exposure to international M&A transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Detailed financial and business analysis
- Financial modeling and valuation
- Preparing pitchbooks and teasers
- Monitoring industry trends
- Executing client assignments
- Facilitating due diligence processes
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2-6 years in investment banking or related field
- Degree in finance, accounting, or related disciplines
- CFA Charterholder or working towards it is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently
