Job Description
- Responsibilities: Responsible for handling Accounts Payables activities in the oil and gas industry, including indexing, invoice processing, vendor master management, payment runs, claim processing, and audits.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and support transformation initiatives.
- Conduct quality checks on weekly transactions and drive continuous process improvements.
- Produce performance reports, dashboards, and SLA reports for management.
- Recommend process enhancements, manage service quality, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead performance reviews.
- Demonstrate advanced analytical skills and timely handling of complex requests.
- Qualifications: Prior experience in Accounts Payables, basic vendor account reconciliation, SAP knowledge, MS Office proficiency, understanding of journal entries, and good communication skills. Experience in oil and gas or heavy industries preferred.
