Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled Machine learning engineers.
• Set the technical vision and direction for ongoing projects and innovation.
• Ensure adoption of best practices in ML engineering.
• Architect, design, and develop end-to-end ML solutions.
• Lead by example through active participation in coding.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
• Implement security measures to protect user data.
• Utilize debugging and performance monitoring tools.
• Optimize performance and responsiveness of services.
• Leverage AWS and Azure for cloud-based features.
• Apply industry-standard design patterns for scalability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software and ML development.
• 3+ years of experience in leading/mentoring ML engineers.
• Proficiency in debugging and performance monitoring.
• Experience with ML cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or Huawei.
• Strong knowledge of Python syntax and backend API development.
