Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Business Process Analyst at Diamond Cutters Limited in Colombo. The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, conducting data analysis, and designing efficient workflows to enhance operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management skills
- Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Experience in process mapping and workflow design
- Ability to conduct data analysis and generate insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
