Job Description
PURPOSE
The Associate is responsible for clerical duties related to maintenance of vendor accounts, processing of invoices issuing payments, maintenance of reconciliation and other required management reports.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process management – Responsible for the day-to-day deliverables, adherence to SLAs across various lines of business, delivering on quality and key client projects
- Stakeholder engagement – Client Management and deliver key stakeholder projects
- Work under tight deadlines and pressure
Communication Skills
- Communicates complex issues clearly and credibly with widely varied individuals within and outside the organization
Working hours 12:30 to 9:30 PM ( Work from office ) – drop transport provided
- Qualifications: Graduate or final year of a BSC degree in relation to finance or accounting
- Excellent communication skills in English both written & verbal
