Role Description
This role is full-time on-site at Comfort World International – Sri Lanka, based in Colombo. As the Manager Sales and Business Development, you will drive sales growth, develop sales strategies, identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and collaborate with teams to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales and business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of mattress industry and market trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
