Job Description
Primary Job Role
Your primary role as a project manager at Fortude will involve planning, executing, and delivering projects within the organization. You will lead project teams to manage multiple projects across various business and technology areas. Collaboration with cross-functional and technical teams is essential to ensure project success by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and adhering to timelines and budgets.
Main duties/responsibilities include:
- Developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinating tasks and ensuring completion as per the project schedule.
- Tracking project milestones, providing updates to stakeholders, and facilitating communication.
- Organizing project documentation, monitoring budgets, and addressing risks promptly.
Experience: 3+ years managing full project life cycles. Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Project, Estimation & Costing, Resource Management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification a plus.
Behavioral competencies include Communication, Customer Centricity, Ethical and Vigilant, Teamwork, and Analytical thinking.
