We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Operations Accountant to join our team at Prints By Ceylonry. This role demands 100% onsite presence (5 days a week) to ensure smooth business operations. Responsibilities include overseeing sales transactions, stock management, and ensuring adequate levels of materials. We offer a great company culture and a fun working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Conduct daily sales and stock audits to maintain accuracy.
• 📦 Manage stock levels and non-perishable items.
• 📊 Reconcile sales records with stock counts.
• 💸 Issue invoices, process payments, and follow up on receivables.
• 📉 Calculate daily revenue, expenses, and ROI.
• 📈 Monitor financial targets and ROI.
• 🤝 Collaborate with operations team for seamless workflows.
• 📝 Generate reports on stock, sales, and financial performance.
• 🔍 Identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
• 📅 Assist in financial closing processes.
• ✔️ Ensure compliance with financial procedures.

Salary & Benefits:

Requirements:

• 📚 Sound knowledge of accounting, auditing, and stock practices.
• 📈 Previous accounting experience, preferably in retail.
