Job Description
As the Cluster Reservations Executive, you will directly support the Cluster Reservations Manager in handling reservations for Anantara Kalutara Resort, Anantara Peace Haven Tangalle Resort, and Avani Kalutara Resort.
- Ensure adherence to SOP’s
- Maintain and improve reservations operations for guest satisfaction
- Work on inventory management and drive up-selling
Qualifications
- Familiar with hotel operations technology
- Understanding of local market dynamics
- Knowledge of Opera systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent English skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
