Villa Manager – Luxury Boutique Villa in Hikkaduwa

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Villa Manager to join our team at a luxury boutique villa in Hikkaduwa. If you are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a luxury environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the villa
• Ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction
• Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests
• Manage budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in villa or hotel management, ideally in a boutique or luxury setting
• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS systems (e.g., eZee, Opera, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
