Job Description
As a Senior Executive HR, you’ll play a crucial role in our recruitment process for both HQ and HUB, assisting with job descriptions, candidate onboarding, and providing global support.
Job Profile:
- Support Recruitment: Assist with end-to-end recruitment process, ensure job descriptions are up-to-date, and onboard candidates smoothly.
- Training & Development: Implement impactful training programs, facilitate employee development, and maintain training records.
- Employee Engagement: Act as key contact for employee queries, assist HODs, coordinate career fairs, and support employer branding.
- Company Culture: Contribute to engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience, training & development experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills, HR software knowledge, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
