Job Description

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Assistant Manager – Operations & Faculty Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of Faculty Members: Coordinate recruitment and training of faculty members.
  • Operational Functions: Conduct drop-out analyses, status reporting, and prepare student eligibility lists.
  • Management of CIPM Internship unit: Lead operations, ensure timely reporting on internship progress, and successful student placement.
  • Conduct Programme Audits: Monitor study programs, evaluate student dropouts, and recovery status.
  • Overseas Partnerships and Accreditation: Manage partnerships, conduct reviews, and drive initiatives to attract students.
  • Professional Consulting Programme (CMI, UK): Oversee coordination and smooth management of the study programme.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business Administration/Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in the educational industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational skills, excellent communication, and ability to work within deadlines.
