Job Description
Stretchline, the world’s largest supplier of textiles and innovations, is seeking a Dye Manager to join our team in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze specifications for dyeing parameters.
- Develop and optimize dyeing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support team morale and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry.
- 6-8 years of dyeing experience, 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
