Job Description
Scope
The Group Head of Engineering leads the Engineering function for Brandix across different locations, overseeing Corporate, Regions, and Plant Engineering teams. Responsibilities include setting functional strategies, engaging in digitalization initiatives, deploying new technologies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with EHS requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Group Engineering pillar
- Deploy Engineering KPIs and budgets effectively
- Drive team engagement with digitalization in manufacturing processes
- Lead and support Regions/Plants through technical guidance and reviews
- Establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Direct Engineering teams across different locations
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s in engineering, Chartered Engineer
- Over 15 years’ experience in Engineering with expertise in evolving technologies
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Engineering in a large organization
