Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Process Associate to play a crucial role in managing shipment documentation, liaising with carriers, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place orders with shipping service providers and coordinate with carriers/forwarders.
- Draft, review, and confirm Bills of Lading (BOL) and other shipping documentation.
- Maintain shipping documents such as manifests and BOL drafts.
- Report and track shipment progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any logistics issues.
- Prepare and submit invoices, delivery notes, and weight tickets to customers.
- Ensure accurate processing and submission of shipping documents to relevant parties.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ months of relevant experience in shipping and logistics.
- A degree or professional qualification in Finance/Accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
