Job Description
A Leading Company based in Colombo is looking for a Junior Executive – Procurement.
Role:
- Performing research to identify and source potential suppliers.
- Coordinate with other departments for procurement needs.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain records.
- Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and payments.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Create procurement reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong research abilities and knowledge of procurement software.
