POSITION: Information Technology Sales Specialist
LOCATION: Colombo, Sri Lanka
SALARY: 100K Basic + Incentive and fuel
OVERVIEW: Join our team in Colombo as an Account Manager. Manage key client accounts, drive revenue growth, and ensure high client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Engagement: Manage key accounts, conduct client meetings, and present solutions effectively.
- General Orientation: Collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on products/services, and meet team objectives.
- Product Management: Ensure timely product delivery, project management, and support business development efforts.
- Business Development: Engage in strategic discussions and reporting for account management.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Min. 2 years experience in IT sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record in managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English; local language knowledge is a plus.
