Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our Team in the role of Account Manager. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Continuously seeking new opportunities to improve market share by proactively involving in the lead generation process.
- Promoting existing and new product sales as per the plan to existing clients and prospects in coordination with other relevant teams.
- Achieving monthly budgets and forecasts for revenue, profit, and cash flow while maintaining optimum profitability on every sale.
- Maintain the highest level of satisfaction throughout the customer engagement process.
- Identify business trends, forecast demand, and gather new opportunities (Market Intelligence).
- Continuously improve knowledge in assigned solutions and enhance competencies related to account management and business development.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s in business management, preferably specialized in Marketing/CIM Qualified.
- Excellent communication in English in both verbal and written.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT and Solutions Sales/Account Management/Business Development.
