Job Description
Billing reporting & analysis for assigned contract list
- Client facing relationships & SDM/CBM account support as required
- Respond to customer’s inquiries and reporting needs based on quality guidelines and desktop process
- Deliver invoices following specific requirements provided by clients
- Meet specific targets in regards time, quality & SLA to ensure long-term business relationship with customers
- Support with system updates to archive, track or provide evidence of deliverables.
- Contribute in team support activities and share knowledge with peers to ensure customer’s requirements are satisfied
- Validate data accuracy when it comes system updates and billing data maintenance
- Data entry accuracy for customer’s web portal billing presentment needs
- Complete administrative tasks required by the manager
- Identify areas of opportunity and provide feedback to boost process improvement
- Follow up on email communication with clients, track and monitor rejections ensuring successful invoice delivery to customers
- Completes designated tasks on time and in compliance with policies, procedures, and assigned schedules
Required qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in to any kind of customer care background(billing, invoicing and any other services)
- Minimum GCE OL or any other higher educational qualification
- Good Communication skills
