Overview: The Corporate Finance Manager will lead financial operations, strategic finance initiatives, investments, and joint ventures. Ideal candidates possess a finance or business management background with 2-3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate finance initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
- Collaborate with senior management on financial strategies
- Analyze financial data and recommend investment strategies
- Evaluate new business opportunities and manage relationships
- Prepare financial reports and presentations

Pre-Requisites:
