Job Description
The Colombo Fort Land and Building (CFLB) Group, a diversified conglomerate, is seeking an experienced Finance professional to join our team. Responsibilities include providing accurate management information, liaising with BOI for approvals, fund management, debt monitoring, and budget control.
Candidate Profile:
- A member of CIMA, ICASL or ACCA.
- Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communicator, negotiator, and strategist with high-level business acumen.
- Capable of providing effective leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
- Competence in financial management and strategic direction for technology use, preferably in SAP/ERP environment.
