Job Description
Scope
The Supply Chain function oversees the organization’s major expenditures on Raw Materials and Direct Services. The Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Governance plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations from customers and export destinations to mitigate associated risks.
Responsibilities
- Supplier master governance – Manage supplier processes in alignment with group policy.
- Product regulatory governance – Ensure compliance with standards and certifications.
- Supply chain traceability governance – Align sources of supply with regulations.
- Group ESG requirements – Address ESG division needs related to Supply Chain.
- Enterprise risk governance – Champion assessment and governance of Supply Chain-related risks.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ corporate experience in sourcing or ESG roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and interest in learning business intelligence technology
- Effective communication skills
- Adherence to SOPs and timelines
- Passion for a career in the ESG space
