Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies to drive sales growth and enhance market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment on brand objectives, including marketing and product development.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and provide insights for brand positioning.
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, prepare reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness, and manage budgets.
Expected Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with digital marketing tools is a plus.
