We Are Hiring Assistant Production Manager
Our client is one of the leading Manufacturing companies located in Horana.
Responsibilities:
- This position oversees the total production process in a specific shift, including working 3 rotational shifts. Responsible for managing technical and operational aspects to meet productivity and efficiency targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities for manufacturing performance.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in science, textile, or engineering with 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in team management, planning, problem-solving, and use of Microsoft Office tools.
