Job Description

Location: Kaduwela (Ranala)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal implementation of SAP-based preventive maintenance.
• Minimize breakdowns of production equipment, manage spare parts, and eliminate stoppages.
• S upport the leadership team in promoting Operational Excellence tools.
• Training teams, coordinating meetings, and facilitating problem-solving activities.

Expected Profile:

• BSc Engineering degree.
• 4 years’ experience in implementing operational excellence tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of ERP systems and modern productivity improvement tools.
• Strong planning, organizing, communication, and leadership skills.
