Job Description

Delmege Group is seeking a dedicated Executive – Internal Audit to uphold integrity and operational efficiency in our diversified conglomerate. Join us in ensuring compliance, conducting internal audits, and maintaining regulatory standards across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits as per the Group Internal Audit Plan.
- Perform follow-up audits to ensure implementation of previous findings.
- Maintain compliance dashboard and issue exception reports.
- Facilitate regulatory compliance and oversee stock counts.
- Handle special requests, reviews, and investigations as needed.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- CBA/CCA/CMA/CIMA or ACCA qualification in progress/partially completed.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy preferred.
- 2-3 years’ experience in diversified business organizations or top audit firms.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (Navision/Sage), analytical & report-writing skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication abilities.
