• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Management
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment (IT recruitment would be a definite added advantage)
• Responsible for full recruitment life cycle including strategic candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection process, and offer development
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-driven, go-getter & out-of-the-box thinker
• Able to efficiently manage stakeholders and understand their requirements and take action
• Ability to work under pressure situations and deliver results
• Good knowledge in analytics (MS Excel)
