- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Management
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment (IT recruitment would be a definite added advantage)
- Responsible for full recruitment life cycle including strategic candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection process, and offer development
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven, go-getter & out-of-the-box thinker
- Able to efficiently manage stakeholders and understand their requirements and take action
- Ability to work under pressure situations and deliver results
- Good knowledge in analytics (MS Excel)
