Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Annual Business Plan (ABP) Development: Responsible for developing and delivering the approved ABP for the entire product portfolio.
- Continuous monitoring of industry, consumer, and competitor trends to develop product and brand strategies, including NPD and renovations.
- Setting NPD guidelines for new launches in coordination with the RPD team.
- Ensuring accurate demand planning and forecasting by collaborating with relevant departments.
- Converting forecasts into purchase plans, managing inventory, and communicating with suppliers for deliveries.
- Liaising with advertising, media, and research agencies for communication strategies and market/consumer analysis.
- Monitoring and controlling marketing budgets, managing promotional needs, and analyzing post-promotion results.
- Visiting the market regularly, attending sales meetings to gather customer insights, and creating tactical plans with the sales team.
- Developing annual purchase plan forecasts, negotiating terms with suppliers, and conducting regular supplier visits.
- Focusing on daily, weekly, and monthly category performance and taking corrective actions as necessary.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of industry and market trends.
- Ability to gather and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Experience in managing product life cycles from ideation to launch.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding and prioritizing customer needs effectively.
