Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth workflow and timely material delivery.
- Manage daily operations on-site, addressing issues promptly.
- Ensure work meets high quality standards and aligns with design plans.
- Communicate regularly with project manager, design team, and clients on project progress.
- Ensure on-site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Optimize efficiency by managing resources like labor, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Construction Management or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in site supervision or project management in interior design or construction industry.
