Job Description
Scope & Responsibilities:
- Check and analyze monthly management accounts for the Agriculture & Healthcare sectors and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coach and mentor junior staff and review their financial records periodically.
- Review and post exceptional accounting entries monthly.
- Lead the month-end close process, including AR/AP cut-off and month-end journal entries.
- Supervise the bank reconciliation process.
- Manage the costing and pricing process.
- Facilitate timely and accurate principal reimbursement process.
- Preparation of monthly management reports, Ad hoc reports based on the requirement.
- Oversee inventory-related transactions and cost of sales movements.
- Motivate a team of professionals and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent qualification fully qualified in CA/CIMA.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a similar financial management role in healthcare/agriculture industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and confidently to various stakeholders, including senior management.
- Proficient in ERP (SAP) and other relevant financial software.
