Job Description
Required Skills and Responsibility:
- Ability to lead and manage teams, including maintenance staff and contractors.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing expenditures.
- Understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and infrastructure maintenance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a Related Field
- Several years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Experience in sourcing and managing external vendors and service providers.
