Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Snr. Executive – Human Resources at ZAD & CO Global Pvt Ltd in Moratuwa. The incumbent will be responsible for HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and managing overall Human Resources functions for the organization.
Qualifications
- HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations skills
- Payroll / EPF / ETF Matters / Labour Tribunal exposure & ability to deal with the Department of Labour is a must
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources practices
- Experience in managing Human Resources functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant HR certifications or training
